The house tour homes have been lovingly cared for and are literally a tour through Torrington's history. The Torrington Historical Society and the NWCT Chamber Education Foundation have organized the Torrington House Tour to showcase some of the many attractive homes in Torrington in order celebrate Torrington's history and to raise funds for educational programs. |
